How to disable the idle timer?

Hi,

I remembered using Workrave some years back and decided to try it again in
my new computer, but I'm unable to configure it for my needs. I remember I
was able to disable the idle timer back then so I would get my break
reminders. Without this change, I never get any breaks, making this program
useless for me since I'm often just reading. I tried modifying the registry
keys, but couldn't get it to work. I had a quick look at some code, but
couldn't figure out what's the change I need. What would be the easiest way
to disable monitoring altogether? I basically just need the break reminders
consistently showing up, and the exercise suggestions, which are a nice
feature.
