Hi all. I'm glad to see people do read this user digest - Vol 10 Issue 11 did have people replying back and forth.

However, I haven't heard back regarding my inquiry regarding more exercises.

If you need subject material, Stretch Break offers a free kids' version with several exercises that Workrave doesn't have right now:

And there's always the 10-day free eval available on their main website:

Also, if I can make a suggestion - for the neck exercises, create an intermediary step where the neck is straight - whipping one's neck back and forth like the images currently show without stopping at a neutral position isn't wise.

Anybody have more exercises that I can add to my Workrave? (which, btw, is great!)
