Installation problem on windows 98

Hello,

Trying to install workrave on my work-pc running windows 98 (dutch version), I
get the following error message: (original dutch error messages with my own
translations between brackets)

> Het bestand LIBGTK-WIN32-2.0-0.DDL is gekoppeld aan ontbrekende uitvoer COMDLG32DLL;PrintDlgExW.                                       
> (the file LIBGTK-WIN32-2.0-0.DLL is connected to missing output COMDLG32DLL;PrintDlgExW.

> C:\Program Files\Workrave\lib\Workrave.exe                                                                                             
>                                                                                                                                        
> Een apparaat dat op het systeem is aangesloten, werkt niet.  
> (a devices connected to the computer does not function)

Is this a known problem and/or is a workaround available ?
