Troubleshooting why my workrave seems disabled

Hi all, First, thanks to all who've worked on Workrave. I am really appreciating it! I've recently been troubleshooting an issue on my PC where Symantic AV & Firewall turned out to be munging HTML pages intermittently. In the process of poking at my computer, I seem to have disabled Workrave. The current state is: I see the icon in the System Tray, struck through, and I see the tiny window with the countdown timers in it...but it's not counting down. I've restarted Workrave, and rebooted my PC. No luck. Any suggestions for how to reenable it, or to troubleshoot further?
