Thanks for the hint! This is something I've occasionally wished for
when demonstrating things to colleagues as well; I've occasionally
ended up stopping Workrave completely instead.

(Incidentally, are you rmc28? Your name sounds familiar, from knowing
(about) fanf from LiveJournal.)
