WorkRave has stopped working properly

Hi guys
 
Have just discovered that my micro pauses don't prompt me on the screen?
 
And I never seem to see the breaks either.
 
Notice that my micro pause counter is often in orange and negative
indicating I haven't taken a break - but never see the prompts anymore?
 
I love WorkRave but it just doesn't seem to be working properly? Have
uninstalled it and installed the latest version but that didn't fix it?
