"Suspend Timer When Inactive"

Hi, I am using WorkRave v 1.9.2 and I read about the "suspend timer when inactive" feature being available for each of the timers, but for the life of me, I cannot find this setting. Has it been removed in this version? If not, can someone please direct me to where it is or help me figure out why I can't see it?
