After the maximum number of prompts are given, you are forced to take a break. 
So if this settings is set to 3, you can ignore the first two prompts (by 
continuing to use keyboard/mouse). After the 3rd prompt, Workrave shows a 
break window even if you did not stop using your computer when prompted.

No, this is not supported.

If multiple timers are shown on the same location, this defined the number of 
seconds each timer is shown. For example, if you show all 3 timers and have 
only 1 location (e.g. placement is set to 'Place all timers in one spot') 
Workrave shows each timer for 'cycle time' seconds.
