When checked, Workrave shows a restbreak window when unlocking your computer
if you didn't complete your natural break. For example: Every 30 minutes you
have a restbreak of 10 minutes. After 28 minutes of work you lock your
computer. 9 minutes later you unlock your computer. If the option is disabled,
Workrave starts the timers and 1 minute later you are prompted to take the 10
minutes restbreak. If the option is enabled, Workrave shows a break window
indicating that you have 1 minute left of your natural restbreak. After that,
you can work again for 30 minutes.

Correct. While the screen is locked, you are idle and the time counts as a
natural break, until you unlock.
