Workrave requires gsettings (i.e. recent glib), gconf or gdome2 for its 
configuration on Unix. Neither is available. Configure should complain, but 
unfortunately, doesn't...

For now you could create an empty workrave.ini file in your $HOME/.workrave 
directory or install gdome2.

I will fix the silent exit, perhaps even fallback to .ini files automatically.
