It seems you are right. I thought xml was also used as native if the other are 
unavailable. As I said before: this needs to be fixed. I pushed a small 
(temporary) fix that causes workrave to fallback to xml/ini if native 
configuration is not available. Ultimately, I want configure to select one 
configuration method (instead of compiling all available and then selecting 
one at runtime)
