On my computer it doesn't work  except periodically and never in a regular schedule so I have no suggestion. I have asked for support to resolve the issue but have not yet received a suggestion that would make the program work without having administrative rights to computer.

I am facing the same problem. To make things worse, uinstall/reinstallation doesn't work, and I can't find where the configuration file is stored, since I probably have to delete it to make workwave work again on my windows.
