Remaining daily time resets after reboot

My daily limit is 1 hour. I have applet enabled in the tray which shows daily time remaining and Reading Mode enabled. But often (not always) when I reboot my computer, the remaining daily time in the applet goes back to daily limit (1 hour). So, in fact there is no daily limit if I reboot my computer. I have Workrave 1.9.4 and Windows XP SP2.
