[image: Inline image 1]I am wondering how to interpret that flashing yellow and red prompt, which says "Ready for a break?" (See attached image). What am I supposed to do with it? I can't click on it. I can't make it go away. And then it eventually frowns at me, turns red, and beeps a buzzing error noise. This is frustrating for me, and I'm an intelligent and proficient computer user.
