Re: Flashing preview alert

That i a warning that a break or microbreak is coming.   If you don’t stop typing and using the mouse for the time that it is on, it will frown at you and beep. I am working on documentation for the program and need people to help check that it is accurate and set up in a fashion that is understandable.

I am wondering how to interpret that flashing yellow and red prompt, which says "Ready for a break?" (See attached image).

What am I supposed to do with it? I can't click on it. I can't make it go away. And then it eventually frowns at me, turns red, and beeps a buzzing error noise.


This is frustrating for me, and I'm an intelligent and proficient computer user. And in addition, I could find no documentation of this feature, besides a screenshot of it.
