Micro-break Prompts

Widget on my desktop shows the countdowns and "ready" dialog pops up with alarm
sounding, but sometimes the mini-break window with the Postpone and Skip buttons
does not come up to allow me to accept the mini-break. Unfortunately, this just
resets the mini-break countdown. Even if I rest on my own for a minute,
statistics do not show that the prompted break was taken. This does not happen
for every mini-break, it seems randomized.

Anyone else experience this and have a fix?
