Strange. This shouldn't happen. Workrave should not give a microbreak warning 
if a restbreak is due. This might be a bug in the reading mode. I will check. 
What is the duration of your breaks?

The idle setting is stored in the registry (on Windows):

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Workrave\monitor\idle

default 5000, number of milliseconds you have to be idle before
workrave stop the timers.

If the key does not exist, you have to create it. (create key 'monitor' ,
create string value 'idle')

Change at your own risk.
