keep old informations

Dear Workrave staff,
After a switch on a new OS and a new Hard disc  I am looking to find a 
way to recover all the old informations (statistics)
from the old hard disc.
What files I could pick from the old hd ?
Is there any way to merge them on the new installation?

P.s. Is there any way to extract these information and use in Opencalc 
or Excel?
