Samsung A670 update testing

Vic, when you get a chance, can you please get the latest developer CVS load and test out these latest A670 changes:

1. If a media dir does not exist, it's created.
2. Contact names use the 'first', 'middle', and 'last' field if the 'full' field does not exist.
3. Default wallpaper format is now jpg, and should be used as pix IDs for contacts regardless of resolution and number of colors.
4. Video (with no sounds) download is now available.
