I was curious about who the manufacturer was a few weeks ago so I googled it. Best I can tell the manufacturer is called "SK" or "SK Teletech". The K is probably for Korea. But it's hard to tell because all the websites talking about this phone are either in Russian, Chinese or Hebrew!
