Noone seems to read this, and I am reiterating it here for people to note: http://bitpim.org/testhelp/contacts.htm Firstly you have to subscribe to a mailing list to post to it. This prevents spam and virus attacks getting to the list, as well as ensuring you are able to see responses. You only have to subscribe to the list, you don't have to have a SourceForge id or anything else like that. When you post, your From address must match the address that you subscribed with. The mailing list software has no other way of telling that you are the same person. You must be subscribed at the time of posting. Any messages sent before subscribing or with unrecognised senders are placed in a queue for the lists administrator (me). Every few days I go in and reject ALL of them (I am not going to check each message to see if the sender subsequently subscribed, work out what is spam, if the message got resent after subscribing etc). If you would just like to read the lists as well as see the history then I recommend the interfaces at Gmane: http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.mobile.bitpim.user http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.mobile.bitpim.devel It provides several different views, including RSS feeds. I don't believe posting will work from Gmane (it mucks around with the From headers etc and doesn't sit will with the mailing list software at SourceForge). And lastly I would like to remind people that emailing individual developers directly definitely won't help and in general the messages will just be ingored. Messages in the mailing lists are a lot more valuable since the question and answers can be seen and posted by more people, and the messages end up in the archives helping anyone who comes along later. You are also reminded of the page in the online help which tells you what information to gather and how to report issues and questions.
