However, don't use listboxes or whatever they are. Don't bother with an item unless it has content, and just draw the content as text. If it is longer than some amount (eg 10 lines) then make the 10th line say something like "...and another 7 calls..." The idea is that it is a summary screen, and hence should be easy to take in quickly. We also want to avoid multiple scrollbars on the page since that looks ugly and is user hostile. To a first approximation, you can make it so that clicking on an item changes to that tab.
