Which version of python do you use for building bitpim, is it 2.3.5?

Can we upgrade bitpim to use the new version of aspw and sqlite (3.2.7-r1),
it fixes a Unicode problem with the path of the database (sqlite bug 1206).

If you are OK with this I can update makedist.py to check for these new
versions.
