I've checked in the support for the vm4050. It only supports phonebook
reading. I could only get writing to add new entries, not change or delete
existing. 

I'm probably going to have another go at it next year when I have more time.

 

I updated the credits and phones-dev htd files to recognize the donor
3gcables.
