wxPython 2.6.2.1

wxPython 2.6.2.1 is out.  Has anyone given it a go yet?

From the changelog, I think the following may be applicable:

- We should be able to support BCI from a PyImageHandler
  derivative and so get rid of all the alternate code paths
  to deal with BCI.

- Fixup toolbars using the flat style (check what happens
  on non-Windows platforms)
