I'll disable the write part before the build, unless there is a consensus
that it is ready.

Most phones require a reboot after writing the phonebook.  This is done by
putting data["rebootphone"]=True in savephonebook.  The PM325 code looks
like it does not under certain conditions.  Perhaps it should be change to
always reboot after a phonebook write.
