The final conversion is attached.  I am running it now and will be uploading
the results to SourceForge over the next however long it takes.  If you
see any problems, please shout quickly.

Keep a copy of any changes you make to Subversion for a few days.  If
we decide to reload it, they will need to be reapplied.
