Example 1:
    9/15/2006 @ 2:00 PM through 9/17/2006 @ 5:00 PM - Gauley River Trip
    Non-repeating
    I leave town on 9/15 at 2:00 PM, returning to town on 9/17 at 5:00 PM.

Example 2:
    9/22/2006 @ 5:00 PM through 9/24/2006 @ 10:00 PM - GauleyFest
    Repeat yearly, fourth Friday of the month, until 9/23/2011
    One very long party!

Example 3:
    9/22/2006 @ 7:00 PM through 9/24/2006 @ 9:00 PM - Rosh Hashanah
    Non-repeating
    From just before sundown on 9/22 through just after sundown on 9/24.
