You might check out the responses to the "firmwarerequest" and
"sanyofirmwarerequest" packets.  There are some unknown fields in the
responses to those that might have the reconditioned status information you
are looking for.  You'll just have try phones that are both reconditioned
and not and compare the packet responses.
