Media data storage design change

All media data (wallpapers, ringtones, etc.) are now being stored (and retrieved) via Sqlite virtual tables. This method allows a common way of handling all BitPim data, while the virtual table backend stores the media data as native file items. One of the advantages of this method is not having to deal with native file names and directories.
