BitPim Build 0.9.11 issues

Due to recently uncovered compatibilities issues with Build 0.9.11, it's no longer available for download. The only work-around for those issues is to start with an empty BitPim data dir (subsequent operations will be unaffected). The issues will be fixed in the next release.
