0.9.14 fails under new wxPython library

Hi Joe.
Please take a look at the attached log for a wxPython-related build 
error.  It is triggered during the phonebook import page.  I believe the 
cause is a deprecated wx call, but I haven't look deep enough yet to 
isolate it.
