Could you please add more information on how to add new phones?

The current phonespec.html doc appears to be pretty old, and doesn't
seem to really tell how to add a phone from scratch.

I've spent several pretty frustrating days looking at it and trying
things with my phone, and haven't gotten anywhere. If your phone is
real close to an existing one (another useful bit of info: how do you
determine if it is?) it might be enough. However, it seems like if
your phone isn't real close to an existing one that you had better
know python pretty well, and also know a good deal about bitpim's
internals so you can unravel the mystery.

My guess is that someone who does understand how it works could spend
an hour or two and really make it a lot more useful.
