VX-9400 DM challenge/response == VX-8700

Opps, sent this to the wrong list before:

I did some research into the VX-9400, as I suspected, it uses the  
same DM challenge/response as the VX-8700. I can also verify that the  
VX-8500 does indeed use the same challenge/response. I don't have  
access to a 9400 so I can't look into the file formats. I assume the  
phone is close to the VX-9900 or VX-8500. There may be other phones  
the DM mode code is relevant to, i.e the VX-9900 V02.
