Preliminary VX-9400 support!

I have some data from communications between Bitpim and the VX-9400 using the VX-8700 setting. Some notes: - VX-9400 and VX-8700 communication protocols dentical (DM, locking commands, BREW2, etc). - VX-9400 protocol formats are almost same as the VX-99000 (phone identifies itself with LG-VX9900Connector).
