Re: LG-VX code cleanup

The VX-9400 support looks good. It will enter DM mode is  
getfundamentals which is all thats needed to finish testing :)

Once the next test build is up I will find some testers and work out  
any remaining details such as the file format of /pim/pbentry.dat.
