Motorola RAZR V3M

I have just changed my phone to a Motorola RAZR V3M.  I finally got it to work with BitPim, but I can not download ring tones to it  I can only download from the phone, but I can not send the phone any pictures.  Bitpin does not automatically detect my V3M.  I haven't tried to download or upload my calendar nor my phone list as of yet.  What can I do to allow bitpin to communicate to my RAZR to manage my phone with my computer?
