Patches question, Alltel LGAX8600 and K1M3 updates

Hello,
I submitted a patch on Jan 02 for the AX8600, but it still hasn't  
been included. If this is due to my bad patch building skills, please  
advise me on the correct way to get it done.
I've got some changes for the Moto K1M3 for Alltel. This phone is a  
little different from the VZW phone, and seems to have ringtone OBEX  
file transfers blocked. I'm not able to figure out what's going on  
with the OBEX problems and would be happy to pass this on to someone  
else. I've got the following files available if anyone else would  
like to take a look at them.
