Application to test unsopported handys

Hi, I'm new to this project.
First of all I would reccomend to add a forum to the sourceforge project
page so that already discussed arguements could be simply found by new
people (as my) in a fast way.

I think it would be very important to have a second application for
developers to test and find out new params for unsupported handys. This
would give a huge push to extend support for new handys.
People with less skill could help to add a lot of new handys to the
supported device list and help to spread this app much more faster in
the world.
Or maybe does this application already exists?
