I have checked in your code.  Please rename your copies of the 640a
code and do an update in order to test it out.

I made a guess at what p_samsungspha640.p should look like.  If you
need to make changes, edit that file and use protogen.py to recreate
p_samsungspha640.py.

I haven't looked at com_samsunspha640.py much yet, but it looks like
it has a lot of code duplicated from other phones.  So I will try to
modify it to inherit code from the A620.  But in the mean time I
wanted to check it in so that you can test it.
