The LG Dare is sitting on my Desk.

Of course, Bitpim doesn't properly work with it.. Bitpim never shows me
files/folders no matter what I do (even if I try LGDownload first)

But I wanted to pass along that...   Using LGDownload with the VX9100's DLL,
and entering NV EDIT (to switch to DM Mode), does put the phone to a mode
that I can access the file system in QPST's File Explorer to add ring tones.
