Motorola V3c

Hello,

I believe i may be able to offer some assistance in making some of bitpims
features useable with the Motorola V3c. I would try to do some work myself,
but i am not very educated in python. If somebody would like me to assist
them in adding features, or just provide me with details as to how to
accomplish this myself, i would be happy. i have already discovered how it
may be possible to allow people to edit the t9 (iTap) dictionary in bitpim.
