From: Pat Simmons [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, January 10, 2010 9:31 PM To: '[email protected]' Subject: Exceptions I keep trying to import my Google calendar to the phone, which I could do easily on the XP computer. I am using Windows Vista 64 bit home Premium; my phone is Verizon LG enV2 or VX9100. Before this computer I had the same phone, but was using Windows XP. BitPim can see my phone--it gives the phone and model and the report that it's on COM 5 manually set. BitPim Version 1.06 official. And there was nothing in the log to paste into this message Here is what I do. >From file, import Google calendar On next screen, past the ical URL, press import I now can see the calendar info on the screen. I press replace all and the exception occurs. Things I have tried: 1) From other places on the web--for windows 7, they suggest adding a file--msvcp71.dll. I did--it didn't help at all. 2) I replaced the phone drivers with current drivers from Verizon. And a similar thing happens if I try to import phone data such as the phone book into BitBim--I get an exception report. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ BitPim-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/bitpim-devel
