BitPim 20091103 w/ LG CU515 -- can see filesystem w/ LG 9100-9700 selected but can't use fully

Using BitPim 20090805 or 20091103 with an LG CU515 cellphone with a phone
model option of LG 9100 to LG 9700 allows the filesystem to be shown but
anything besides what is in the root cannot be accessed via the GUI. The CLI
allows to do more. I think that it should be relatively easy for a developer
to add support for the LG CU515. I can provide more information on the phone
and give feedback.
