LGVX5300, BT, and Win7

I just bought a new computer, using Win7 64 bit.  I can't get Bitpim to 
detect my phone.  I have a bluetooth dongle, drivers in place, Windows 
recognizes the phone (it shows up under 'devices").  Shows as using COM3 
and COM4.  Bitpim sees these ports too, and says they're available, but 
doesn't detect the phone.

It worked on my old computer (XP) with both BT and the USB cable.

Any idea what I should try next?
