I'm sure that software is out there, but it doesn't come from this project.  On the other hand, her phone might also be making random calls because it is defective - I have a friend with a recent Blackberry that rings me at random times without any user interaction.  (We call this phenomenon "ghost-ass-dialing," because it is a variation of the ever popular "ass-dialing.")

Your PI's client might want to change her husband's phone number in her address book to a different number (like her office number for example).
