That feature was disabled for enV3 phones in the 1.0.7 final release, due to a risk of corrupting the phone's Contacts list.

You may be out of luck, I've read[1] that BitPim can't deal with the enV3 if there are any groups in the contact database and if I'm reading your log right you have lots of groups.

But I'm not sure if that affects transfer /from/ the phone, or only transfer /to/ the phone. I'm currently able to transfer both ways successfully with 1.0.7.20091103, but I never had any groups defined and I had to remove all address info.
