Exception Error when Attempting to get Data Out of K1m

Whenever I try to get data out of my Motorola KRZR K1m phone (provided by
Verizon) I get the following error:

Is there anyway I can resolve this?  I'm in a bit of a hurry to get this
problem fixed because I'm running out of space for text messages and would
like to have them backed up.  Thanks in advanced!
