Calendar transfer help for Versa

To whom it may conscern, Please pardon my web-ettiquite, this is a first time posting for me. I am using Bitpim version 1.0.7-test on a Mac-OSX 10.6. I want to upload my ical to my LG-VX 9600 (Versa) but when i sent the data to my phone, only managed to get events from the year 2009 up. Everything after August 2009 to now did not transfer. Please let me know if you have also experienced this, and have found a solution around it.
