LG-VX11000 Env Touch can't write phonebook

LG Env Touch (LG VX-11000) with software version VX11KV09 can not write to the phonebook on the phone, but you can read the phonebook from the phone. Windows XP service pak 3 Bitpim 1.07 official release. This is my wife's phone, my env touch with VX11KV04 software works flawlessly.
